The veterinary team are employees of PEACEAnimals and as such receive full benefits. Together, we provide a free, spay/neuter program 3.5 days a week approximately 44-47 weeks annually.

PEACEAnimals programs include the following:

  • Weekly (3.5 days) free spay/neuter clinics
  • Free consultations
  • Free treatment for fleas, ticks, parasites, and mange
  • Pregnancies terminated at owner’s request at no charge
  • Euthanasia provided at owner’s request if pet is too critically ill or injured to survive, at no charge
  • Free public and private school education programs regarding pet care, stressing the importance of spay/neuter; adoption/rescue versus purchase; and care for wildlife and the environment.

The vets are licensed graduates of Universidad Autonoma in Tepic, Nayarit.  Ali is a vet student who is employed by the team only to assist at clinics.

  

John works an average of 1.5 days weekly for PEACEAnimals:  site coordinator, supplies; and maintenance of trailer and SUV.
